Friday:
2:30-3:00pm Arrival and Welcome at the arena. Complimentary hot chocolate, coffee and snacks available (small hall).
3:30 pm-Opening Ceremonies on the ice.
4 pm -U7/U8 (Team Red) *Puck drop presented by Kyle Whittaker*
5 pm- U9s/U10's (Team Black)
6 pm-U11/U12 (Team Silver)
7 pm - U13/U15 (Team White)
Saturday:
9 am- U7/U8 (Team Red)
10 am- U9/U10 (Team Black)
11 am- U11/U12 (Team Silver)
12 pm-U13/U15 (Team White)
1:30 pm - U5/U7 TIMBITS GAME
Chuck a Puck
2:30 pm- COACHES GAME

5:30pm - Doors Open (Large Hall)
6:00 pm- Dinner
7-11pm- Cash Bar (5:30-10) Live Music(The Ball and Chains), Door Prizes Drawn, Social Time
Sunday:
9 am- U7/U8 (Team Red)
10 am- U9/U10 (Team Black)
11 am- U11/U12 (Team Silver)
12 pm-U13/U15 (Team White)
1:00 pm - Closing Ceremonies on the ice

- Mini Sticks- Located in the Large hall Friday(sectioned off)- Small Hall Saturday, Large Hall Sunday
- Children’s Colouring Station: Friday and Saturday small hall kitchen, Sunday- Large Hall
- Children's Face painting (Saturday only in the lobby)
- Beaver Tails Food Truck Saturday 11-2pm (parking lot)
- Saturday Vendors: Mosaic Outfitters, Brianna’sCroc Jibbits, Rileys Creations, fudge
- Canteen Open Friday (2-8pm) Saturday (8am-4pm) and Sunday (8am-1:30pm) offering fries, snacks, drinks with breakfast sandwiches in the morning and Poutine on Saturday (accepts cash and card)
- Cash Bar Tickets will be 4 for $20. Hours will be 5:30pm -10:00pm
