There was an error in the Framework document material issued by the province on November 20th regarding scrimmages and modified games in the Orange Zone. The link posted stated modified games and scrimmages were not permitted in this zone.
When clarified we were advised that scrimmages and modified games may be played in the orange zone in accordance with all other OWHA and government requirements. The section has now been corrected on the Ontario site. Scrimmages and modified games may NOT be played in the RED zone associations. https://www.ontario.ca/page/emergency-information
